Some people say to go with fully synthetic ones, some say motul and some say fully synthetic will slide your clutch. Running a little bit over (half a quart or so) is fine and some stunters do that so they keep the oil pickup tube filled but if overfill it too much, the oil gets beaten by the crankshaft and aerates it, making it ineffective as oil.
