There is nothing relating to network extender under my "plans and services" drop down, and if I just click on "my plans and services" and it takes me to the generic page, there is nothing on the right (or anywhere on the screen) relating to network extender management. Edit: Yes it does show me as an account owner.

The router gets approximately 225 Mbps Down and 10Mbps up. The phones we have ave roughly the same speed when connected to wifi. The Wifi calls however do not come in clearly or don't ring at all. Once we connect we often have dropped calls, even if we're in the same room as the wifi router.
