You'll need 4 tickets for one tour, there's a very low change of winning an Australium after completing a tour. I also believe your can get Australiums by playing other MvM missions now, but they must be on Mann Up mode. Steel Trap, Mecha Engie, and Gear Grinder can also give Aussy weapons on Tour completion.
