Anyway I have a two row allis charmers 70 series planter. I have some issues. For starters my false rings are wore. Probably as much as 1/8 inch in some places. I used the planter for soybeans and it over populated with the correct tooth count sprocket. My false rings are metal with metal plates. I bought and old 2-row AC planter (3-point, but probably half of an original 4-row). It came with 22 seed plates and I'm trying to find out what seed they fit. Some are "extra small 300980", some "medium 300107, some "small 300106, and others (Y2977-B, Y3315-B, Y2673-B, Y2638, Y3315-B, Y2639) . All measure about 7" diameter.

However, I am not sure what model it is to be able to get the correct parts. I found on Agco's parts website what looks like it and it says its a 71-74 series planter unit.
