There is a known bug when using nitrogen maps that no trader can be found. But they exist. You can find the coordinates of the traders in the prefabs.xml file. Open the file with a text editor and search for "trader". Alternatively you can teleport directly to the trader. Type the command "ttpoi" into the command line and search for "trader".
