Really when you do DPF delete, your really need 3 pieces: the downpipe, the straight or cat pipe and the straight or resonator. Then you can plug right into the stock exhaust and muffler.

From reading, VW does not approve of 100% bio use. It apparently dilutes the oil and causes issues with the internals. I believe even bio produces PM, which is the main reason for the DPF. It is just the nature of a heavy distillate fuel to produce PM.
